This auction is for a 1973 Honda xl 250 motosport that is in great condition. This is a strong running motorcycle and always starts on the first or second kick. The bike is in good overall cosmetic condition. There are scratches on the front fender and there is also a very small chip (no dent) on the top left side of the gas tank, near the seat. There is a small dent on the frame on the right side under the air filter cover. The bike has little to no rust. The only place that is starting to show rust is on the bracket that holds the tail light. The odometer shows the actual mileage and the speedometer, tachometer and odometer all work and are in great condition. The headlight is in good condition as well, with no cracks and the high and low beams both work great. The bike has been very well taken care of and has spent its life sitting in a shop or covered on the back of a camper. This is a vintage bike that is all original, and that includes the tires. The bike comes with the original owners manual and tool pouch. I have a clear title for the bike and its all ready to go. It would be easier if you came to pick up the bike, but I will ship if you organize the shipping and it will be at your expense. Please contact me with any questions.
