Vehicle Detail

I have owned this car for about 14 years. Was going to make a cruiser out of it, but no longer have time to work on it. It has been stored inside my shop since I have owned it. It should be considered a “project” car, and will need some mechanical work before it can be driven. I have attempted to describe the car as accurately as possible with the text shown below, pictures, and video on YouTube. If there is a question about the condition or completeness of an item, the pictures serve as the basis for actual description of the vehicle. Hear engine run at http://youtu.be/LnIaMCjLZmo Clear Title. The dash VIN and fender tag both match. Fender Tag: M31 M33 R11 V1F END A42 G11 G33 H51 L31 M21 F3 H2G F6 508 177933 E44 D31 LH23 F9B 372466 Engine: 318 small block V-8, OEM 2 bbl carb. Point/condenser type ignition. Power steering – Pump leaks (rebuildable, but not presently functional). Dual exhaust. Glass packed mufflers. Although engine was painted while out of car, it has not been modified or overhauled by me. Engine oil pan has brazed patch on bottom. Does not leak, but looks unprofessional. (see photo). Sale Price of Car Does NOT Include Battery. Transmission: A-904 transmission. Transmission will move car, but does not shift. Differential: 7-1/4” Ring Gear. 2.76:1 Ratio. Single Track (not a Sure Grip or Positraction) Brakes: 10” diameter manual drum type on all wheels. They presently will not stop the car…….period. Interior: All floor pans are solid. Headliner bows, arm rests w/ash trays, window cranks, door sill plates, rear floor trim, inner door mouldings are there. Home made door panels and rear upholstery panels (I was going to cover them with vinyl). Look closely at pictures. Some items are “off-color”. Obviously, some clips and screws are missing. Trunk floor is solid. Dash: Radio, speaker, and antenna missing. Dash pad needs covered or replaced. Glove box liner missing. Seats: Rear seat is OEM. Front buckets (I have no idea what they were originally installed in). They are presently temporarily bolted directly to the floor and are non adjustable. Seat mounting brackets are included. Glass: Front trim for driver’s side rear quarter glass is missing. Upper wing glass pivot is not connected to support. Driver’s side remote control mirror has small crack in glass. Body: Painted with Centari Acrylic Enamel “GM Truck White”. Rear wheel opening repair panels are home made. Lower rear quarter panel (driver’s side behind wheel) is also home made. Steel was used in fabrication, primer applied, fiberglass used to level out un-evenness, and body putty used for final smoothing. No body putty was applied directly to steel body parts. Where side trim was removed, holes were welded closed before fiberglass was applied for leveling. Administrative: Please read the full description of the vehicle and make sure you know what is involved when it comes to making the purchase if you are the winning bidder. This car is being sold “as is” – “where is”. No warranty. No refunds. Please ask questions “before” bidding. Deposit is “non-refundable”. If you have no bidding experience or a poor feedback rating, your bid will not be allowed or accepted. No foreign bids accepted. This car cannot be driven or towed in its present condition. Tires are in extremely poor condition. It must be “hauled” to purchasers destination. It will need to be “winched” onto transport vehicle. Payment: $500 deposit (non refundable) via PayPal (Verified PayPal Account Only) within 24 hours of auction close. Remainder of payment (cash, personal check, USPS money order) due within 7 calendar days of auction close. The car will not be released or signed over to buyer until all funds have been paid in full and verified to be authentic by my bank. Car must be removed from my property within 30 days of closing of auction. Winning bidder assumes responsibility for ANY and ALL shipping costs and details. Thank you for looking and good luck.
