70 Ford Mustang convertible for sale. You've all heard the story... I bought the car a few years ago with the intent of restoring and here we are a few years later, all that I have managed to do is remove some parts in anticipation of putting it on a rotisserie. The car was running and was driven and parked in this location under its own power. Started dismantling and life and kids got in the way. Car has a clear title and came out of New Mexico. However, there is a lot of rust in the car. The floors will need replacing as well as the inner rockers and frame rails. I have all the original parts that came off the car, which have been kept in my attic. The top even went up and down under its own power, but as you can see is in tatters. All of the glass with the exception of the rear window on the convertible top is in good condition. Car has front drum brakes and is automatic. Car is red with a white interior and white top. Car was originally white and was painted red sometime back. The body has some rust, but main issue is the underside.This is a great car and it needs the attention that I can't give it. It does need a lot of work, but it can and should be brought back to its former glory. These cars are starting to appreciate in value and parts are readily available.Don't let it get away. Car is not currently running and will need to be trailered home. Reserve is low and will still give plenty of room to restore and still have room to make money if you want to re-sell. Again, car is rusty and not running and will need restoration. Do not expect to come in and drive it home.
