Predator motorsports and a few other shops have 6.5 pullouts from duramax conversions from around $500-$2000 for complete motors ready to drop in. All the hoses, belts, pumps were replaced 30miles ago so the truck wont need a bunch of new parts thrown at it which should keep a motor swap cost way down. The mechanic could also install a duramax if interested.
