Up for auction is a very rare Superformance 10th Anniversary Diamond Edition. The Company only made 50 of these, 37 were grey and 13 were red. These were the only cars that came with the light grey German leather seats. Since you are viewing this ad you are probably familiar with the quality of a Superformance car. These cars were endorsed by Carroll Shelby. This car has been fitted with all top-of-the-line equipment. The motor is a Roush 427SR producing 520 HP and 525 ft. lbs. of torque (dyno sheet rated). The stronger TKO Tremec 600, 5 speed transmission, short throw shifter, Heavy Duty clutch and pressure plate, internal hydraulic slave cylinder that functions flawlessly. A correct Stellings air cleaner is used, a set of Big Block 427 look alike tall aluminum valve covers (as on the side oilers), fire suppression system, SS hosing, billet pieces, chrome everywhere, simply the best of everything. Total cost to build exceeded 85K. Custom fitted stainless steel headers and side pipes that have a "vented" double wall with heat reliefs to allow for cooling which will prevent pulling the skin off your legs when getting out. Side curtains and a tonneau cover are also included. Always had synthetic oil changed every 1000 miles. Pampered and NEVER abused. Owned by a 70 year old car enthusiast who decides it's time to move on to tamer things.
