Vehicle Detail
SUSPENSION: Fully air bagged front and rear with firestone air bags, viar compressor, chrome air tank and push lock air lines. Front has dropped spindles with custom shock towers and power disc brakes. Rear was professionally built at Winchell's Rod and Custom, this is not some garage built hack job. The original frame ends behind the rear cab and is tube all the way to rear of the truck and plated in the middle and dimple dyes were used throughout. Everything in the rear is custom, the fuel cell is mounted to the rear of the frame along with the chrome air tank. Also the battery and compressor are mounted in the rear of the truck. The back also has shocks mounted and drives smooth down the road. Bags are mounted on the trailing arm so the back gets a little more lift than it would if they were mounted under the axle but the up travel is currently limited by the rear shocks. Is a triangulated rear link design. Also the front end of the truck was removed cleaned and repainted. INTERIOR: New tuck N roll upholstery that is black with white piping and looks great. Has Dolphin Gauges that all light up and work with exception of the fuel gauge that I haven't had time to figure out and the MPH gauge because I haven't hooked up the cable but I do have it. The front dash is completely shaved and looks great. Has all new door handles and window cranks and the wing windows work and lock. Has custom tilt column. Since the door handles are shaved it has a hidden switch with a door popper to get in the truck from the outside. the truck has been completely rewired new, every last wire has been replaced and all lights work. BODY: The truck has shaved door handles, firewall, trim, shaved parking lights in the hood, tailgate, bed posts slots, hood valance, roll pan, body seams, gas hole are all shaved and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. The hood has louvers that were very well done but not over done at all, I'm usually not a fan of louvers but they actually fit the truck great and the roll pan also has a few that you can see pictured. The front bumper, headlight bezels and wheels have all been powder coated black. Has Denman G78 wide whitewall tires that must have about 95% of the tread left on them. the rear lights are old ford teardrops that have been frenched in and also look great. The chassis has also been body dropped 2" over the frame. The body has also received a coat of artic white paint, the body is strait but not flawless. Would need to be blocked and massaged if you want "perfect paint job" but I would run it just the way it is. DRIVE TRAIN: Has a solid running 350 motor with Edelbrock carb and 350 tranny, also has a aluminum radiator and electric fan. The driveline is nothing crazy just built for reliability and cruzing. Not sure of the exact specs of the rear end but it looks to be modified just because of the rear diff housing. The truck rolls down the hwy effortlessly and runs great. once again the truck has been completely rewired and the truck is 5 lug. There has been countless hours and money invested in this truck, with that being said I'm sure I failed to mention several things. If you are a interested cash buyer and have any questions please feel free to call me at 619-454-7253 or email me at sdtattoosupply@yahoo.com and I can provide any additional information as well as additional pictures and I can even send a short video of the truck running. I have only driven the truck around 50 miles or so since it left the shop, I would love to keep it but I have other projects and have no spare time. I will require a $500 dollar deposit within 48 hours of the end of auction if you are the highest bidder. You must arrange for your own shipping but I am willing to help with what I can. If you are looking to purchase this truck from overseas I can help with delivery to the port of Los Angeles if you make all the arrangements. This truck is truly one of a kind and you wont be disappointed!
