1956 2 Door Hardtop Bel Air old school gasser. Big black automatic 350 turbo. Really good, straight body. The car is well above average condition. Really solid trunk and underneath is good, too. See pictures. Back in the day the passenger side front floor pan was replaced. Amateur job. This car runs, drives, shifts and stops. Has head lights, high and low beams, brake lights and tail lights. Turn signals don't work. Needs speedometer and gauges hooked up. But it has a very strong big block motor. Missing some chrome and no front or rear bumper or brackets. Here is a list of the new parts: New Painless wiring, new ceramic coated fenderwell headers, new Jegs distributor and coil, new aluminum intake manifold, new aluminum direct fit radiator, new front brakes, master cylinder and lines, new gas tank, new valve covers, plug wires, Moroso oil pan, speedway motor and tranny mounts, cross-member. The Cragars front and back are like new. To the best of my knowledge the front bucket seats are out of a 1967 Chevelle SS. The back seat appears to be original with old school diamond tuck upholstery. The front seats need redone. Also needs door panels, carpet and headliner. See pictures. This is a really good solid old car that still needs more attention but you can still drive it while you are working on it. All four windows roll up and down, but three of the four side windows are cracked and so is the windshield. There are a lot of little things that need attention. No rear brakes, the hood needs adjusted. I am selling this car because I have too many projects. If you would like to see this car please call 515-210-2708.
