This is a very nice convertible. We recently traded for this but now thinking we would like to sell a few cars and get a c5 convertible. The car appears to be very original and well kept. I was very impressed by the condition and I am pretty picky. Paint appears to be original and very nice. I cannot see any spot of overspray anywhere. Interior is the same with minimal wear. Original radio replaced with a CD player but have the original. Black floor mats in place to protect the tan floor mats. The top is very nice with a clear back window. If it is not original, someone paid good money for a nice correct replacement. The outside weatherstrips are in nice condition which are typically hardened and cracked up on these years. This car runs, drives, stops, and shifts very well. When I bought it, I was provided with a clean carfax that goes back to 1994. I was told it had been setting over a year in the garage and I believe it. The tires had 5 pounds of air. The brakes needed bled so I changed the fluid in the front reservior, added some premium gas and a bottle of gumout and let it run for a while....that helped the car 100%. This car does everything it's supposed to do. The fans come on when needed. The car stops straight and does not wander or pull. The original mufflers are still intact but the Y pipe going to them is starting to thin. Every now and then I will hear an exhaust vibration under light throttle but seems to go away after the car warms up. Headlights rotate like new. The only goofy thing I can see which is common is that the tach reads higher than what it really is. Some say it needs recalibrated or a new tach filter. The rest of the guages are accurate and operable including the digital cluster which is bright, crisp, and clear. The tires are at least over half tread and are all matching and the correct size. There are no check engine lights coming on. This car has been well kept. The air works but the top down is much more enjoyable. I will work with a shipper or dealer but all wired funds must clear my bank before the car and title leave my possession. I don't like to sell cars so please be serious and make this as painless on me as possible. I am easy to locate right next to the interstate.
