1963 chevy c-10 short bed pickup truck. 230 straight 6 with 3 on the tree. This is a great old truck that I found in the foot hills of the Ozarks. It had been parked for 20 years I was told so I purchased it with the intentions of cleaning it up a little. Making it run and putting it on the market. First off I've rebuilt the carb, put new spark plugs in it, a new water pump, a new fuel pump, a new battery and cables, a new gas tank and fuel sending unit, new windshield wiper blades, new radiator hoses, changed the oil, and put new brakes on. This little truck drives great! After driving it off and on for about a year I noticed that it was losing antifreeze a little so after searching for the problem, I've discovered a hair line crack in the block close to the motor mount. I'm thinking that maybe the old guy I bought it from left water in it over the winter. This truck looks like its been painted. looks very original and solid, needs minimal body work.
