Up for auction is my 2009 Honda CBR600RR. In the last few years I've gotten more into fishing than riding so its time to let it go. I haven't put 300 miles on it in the last two years. I purchased this bike new from Lynchburg Honda in July 2009. It has been meticulously maintained and garage kept. It's been on a battery tender most of its life and starts right up and runs like a dream. It has never done a burnout or a stoppie but it has done a few wheelies :) It has never been wrecked or laid down, but it did blow over in a thunderstorm on a gravel driveway. The damage is pictured but it is very hard to spot in person unless you are looking for it. Also, the license plate has scraped the hugger just a little bit while riding two up. Everything on the bike is stock except for the LED under-tail and the sprockets (-1/+2). The original license plate holder/brake light does come with the bike, as do the original sprockets and the turn signals which I removed. I have both keys, the instruction manual and the title (clean and clear VA title) ready to go. Lynchburg Honda did the initial 600 mile service and I changed the oil and filter at 1,000 mile intervals following. It needs nothing except for a new home. The pictures don't really do justice as to how clean this bike is. Whoever gets it will not be disappointed. $500 non-refundable Paypal deposit is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction. If this is not received it will be re-listed and negative feedback given. The remainder is due within 7 days, or upon your taking possession of the bike. If the balance is not paid in 7 days then you will lose your deposit and I will re-list it. The bike is available for local pickup in Madison Heights, VA unless you schedule something with me ahead of time. I am willing to trailer it or ride it a reasonable distance to meet you for a fee, but this must be arranged in advance. I work 6 days a week and can't just up and deliver a bike. If you want to have it shipped I will assist if possible once all funds have been received and cleared. The bike is currently listed for sale on Craigslist as well as other classifieds, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. If you are nearby, feel free to contact me to take a look at it. I'm seeing a lot of bikes being re-listed because people bid who had no intention of following through with the sale. I'm trying to avoid this for myself and other honest bidders. As of typing this, the current high bidder has no feedback. They have been notified via message and they have until 8am EST on 5-9-14 to write me back or I will cancel that bid. If they contact me and convince me they are legitimate then the bid will remain. At that point it leaves 24 hours until the end of the auction for bidding to continue. Sorry for any hassle this may cause, I'm just trying to eliminate any problems before they occur.
