This forty-three year old classic has been in my possession for the last twenty-five years and still turns heads and get the thumbs up when taken for a drive.This 1971 Targa is in very sound condition but is beginning to show her age.She has some scratches and dents and her twenty year plus paint has lost some of its luster, the upholstery needs some stitching, the carbs and/or valves could use some tweaking but she starts easily, runs strong and handles great. The wheels and tires, brakes and hoses are all in excellent condition.The Targa top and headliner are also in excellent condition.To my knowledge all engine parts are original except Weber carb upgrade done in the 80's. The vehicle id is 9111110999 and the engine number is 901106101-5p. The car has been driven less than a thousand miles a year for the last twenty years and the odometer reads 72198. This is not a project car. With a little bit of work could be an everyday driver or great candidate for full restoration.
