1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster. 2 door (coupe). 0 rust, again, there is no rust at all. Pretty much an original SURVIVOR car. Rust free. It looks like it has been stored indoors all its life. Odometer reads 54,000. Looks like the original 216 engine has been gone through at some point. Starts right up, runs and drives well. All brake components are new with the exception of the master cylinder and it needs to be replaced. It takes a pump or 2 to get a firm pedal. I have the replacement master. Still has working vacuum shift. Tires are dry rotted but are fine for around town and clutch flywheel needs resurfacing as it chatters at take off. All gauges are working and everything is still 6V. Windows roll up and down as should. Very clean old car. Looks like a 40+ year old lacquer re-paint that shows well but has the typical spider web cracking under the surface. Interior is an 8, chrome is an 8 and paint is a 10 footer. The haze in the paint in the pictures is DUST. Great original car. I drive the car around town regularly. This is a "Bill of Sale" transfer. Georgia does not do titles on vehicles this age. By law your state must honor a non title state "bill of sale" transfer. If you must have a title and really want the car I can obtain one at an additional fee and a couple of weeks time. Would also trade up or down for nice resto-mod, hotrod, street rod, classic or muscle car but it will have to be nice and NO PROJECTS, NO RATRODS and NO 4 DOORS! It must be NICE!
