You are looking at a 1977 Chevy Camper special. This is an awesome truck, I am the third owner was originally from California, I bought it from wife of a collector how had past-away. It runs and drives well! no leaks. I just reran the fuel lines, and had a full tune up new belts. I drove it home from Wisconsin last november and have tried to get it out a few times a week since. It has as 454 Big Block under the hood with chrome headers and an Edelbrock carburetor, 400 turbo transmission, dual exhaust, full towing package.Interior is clean good rugs, dash has a few cracks but it is not back for a truck of this age. Overall the body is solid, the previous owner, who was a collector, caught the inside of the front passenger side quarter panel when backing it off a trailer (See pictures) which has some rust, other than that there is some surface rust. THE GOOD-Mechanically sound -Solid body and paint (with the exemption of fp quarter panel see above) -Nice interior- Runs and drives great!- lots of power WHAT IT NEEDS-It is missing the solenoid (which is a $60 part) so is only running on 1 of the 2 20gal gas tanks-When I had the gas lines replaced they did not reconnect the gas sensor so the gas gage does not work.-Back tires have some rot I have driving on them and have not had to top them up on air but should be replaced-Breaks need adjusted they are touchy, they are drum brakes and probably just need cleaned out loosened -Some one who has some time to enjoy It! Title says Exempt which is normal for vehicles of this age. It does NOT say that milage exceeds the limits of odometer, It does Not say milage is inaccurate.
