Last year, I had the pleasure of acquiring the most charismatic and fun-to-drive car I've ever experienced. "Rooster" is a corner-stone of the Miata community and one of the most tastefully modified members. I have enjoyed every experience behind the wheel of this car, and love the smiles and joy it brings to onlookers and passengers. Up until this point, my daily was a ten-speed, and Rooster was my weekend and evening car. However, my time in seminary has led me to serve in a church and work at a school district while earning my double-masters. Therefore, I need a car with a little more compromise and utility. Rooster has just less than 47k miles, and runs great! Since acquiring the car, I have replaced every fluid (with high performance grade synthetics: Mobil 1, Motul), have driven it at least once a week, kept it out of the elements, and religiously kept the car clean. My father taught me to maintain a car like I was selling it tomorrow. The Enhancements, not including time and labor seeking and installing the incredibly rare (imported) parts, included on this vehicle exceed over $16k. I have been reminded by many other enthusiasts that this will be a car that has the potential of going across certain prestigious auction blocks some day. However, I need to invest in my family's needs now, and pass on this pleasure of a car to own and worthwhile investment, on to someone else. You may be thinking..
