Vehicle Detail
Incredibly low mileage SL65 AMG - car was purchased 2 years ago for more than $60k and has receipts totaling $10k to tune the suspension, brakes and new tires. This car has done less than 1,000 miles in the past year - owned by a fastidious collector of SL's. This vehicle has every option including Radar (Drive assist) and Park Assist. Comes with Satellite Radio. Every option - incredible AMG exhaust sound, 600hp and more than 700lb/ft of Torque means this car will accelerate to 60 in 3.8s - an incredible supercar in an incredible color that elicits stares and looks from everyone it passes. On Apr-23-14 at 09:33:59 PDT, seller added the following information: Some questions came up through this auction. First of all, I do not provide the reserve price to "just anyone" - it also defeats the purpose of HAVING a reserve. Bid what you think the car is worth. Secondly, the $10,000 spent on "repairs" was actually a slight exaggeration. The total spent was : $3742 on repairs, including replacement of left front strut and hydraulics as well as general service to vehicle$2000 on Bridgestone Potenza RE71R tires (500 miles ago)$1200 on replacement Genuine AMG Wheel$300 on "replica" AMG wheel (can be used as spare - comes in box - bought by mistake) So the total spent on the vehicle was around $7200 - not $10k as previously stated. This is a PRIVATE sale - I will not take trade-ins nor can finance the car for you ! I have been contacted by at least 20 people who want to come to Jacksonville and drive the car. I can't let 20 people come and "kick the tyres" - not knowing who is a real buyer and who isn't. I therefore decided that since I have only put 1000 miles on the car myself, I'll have to demand a $1000 deposit to take the car for a test drive - refundable when you win the auction. Its surprising how few have taken me up on that...
