The Auction Story; You are bidding (No Reserve) on one 1997 Lexus LS400 Coach Edition four door luxury sedan . This is one nice two-tone black over dark gray paint with a beautiful buttery smooth tan leather interior...a true joy to own and drive on the many highways and byways here in the Great State of Texas (and other states as well...California notwithstanding)! Vehicle History; I am (I believe) the third owner of this vehicle. This 1997 sedan was purchased used, as a "Certified Pre-Owned Lexus" from Houston Texas Lexus dealership "Sterling McCall Lexus". My childhood friend made this purchase from the dealer at an asking price of $35,455 and at the time, the mileage on the car was 46,001 miles. Please refer to photos of the dealership supporting documents. My friend sold me this very automobile on November 10, 2009. The mileage on the car when I assumed ownership was 95,000. I paid $7800 for the vehicle, and I thought it to be a very reasonable price, considering it was a certified used car and that had been well cared for. Since I have owned it, I have faithfully performed, or had performed, all the proper maintenance, including oil and oil filter changes every 3,000 miles without fail. Any replacement parts have been Lexus quality or better. Car has been detailed and carpets recently shampooed (factory Lexus floor mats that are not pictured are included). Vehicle has never been smoked in, no pets have ever been allowed near it and any and all children (colicky or not) have been forbidden to approach it not closer than 100 yards. This is the way I take care of all my vehicles, and this smooth ride is no exception. What To Expect; Vehicle is located in Brenham Texas (small town 70 miles northwest of Houston...famous for Blue Bell Ice cream) in a temperature controlled enclosed warehouse. I feel this is a very nice ride and would sell it to my own mother...however, there is absolutely no warranty expressed or implied.
