Vehicle Detail

This car is being sold AS IS. Plymouth only built 1442 convertibles this year, which makes it a rare find. There are a lot of original parts on this car, which is more than most of the older plymouths that I have come across. The original window sticker, operators manual, and receipt come with the car. Feel free to message me with any additional questions. VIN is BH27F9B330664, there is a picture of the fender tag as well. The car was originally a bronze color with black top. The car must go, need the space in the garage. I have listed the car on a couple of occasion and had a lot of questions. I will attempt to put as much info as I can and added more photos. The car is obviously 44 years old and needs a little TLC which I have not had time to give it. I purchased the car in 2007 from a dealership in Houston, Texas. I trailered the car to Charlotte, NC where it was in storage at a family members home. The car has always been garaged. I recently drove it from Charlotte to Jacksonville, NC (approx 220 miles). The car had no issues during the trip and got over 20 MPG as I made the trip in a little over half a tank. The body and top on the car are in great shape except one little spot of rust that is coming out on the rocker panel under the passenger side door. There seems to be a hint of bondo on the rear quarters but all in all the paint is in great shape. Mechanically, I have not been able to confirm if the car is numbers matching. I do not have the capability to get the car on a lift to verify. I do not know if the engine was rebuilt during the last restoration so one may be required, so if you are looking to tinker this is definitely a good one to work with. I personally have rebuilt the Edelbrock 4 barrel carb last summer, and replaced the thermostat and housing. I put new shocks, tires, and nastalgia Crager SS rims on the car. The battery was replaced last year and I installed Mopar Performance Valve Covers and Air Cleaner Cover on the car.
