Up for sale is a very nice projects, barn fresh, 1957 station wagon 210 4 door. It has its original 235 six cylinder along with its original powerglide 2 speed automatic transmission. The engine runs great but shows signs that the carb can used rebuilt, the choke still work. The transmission drives and shifts. I enjoy driving it around the neigborhood from time to time, a real attention getter. The brakes on the car work perfect. I have not done any work to see why the lights dont work. The generator and oil light work on the dash when starting the car. I dont have a wiper motor for it. All the glass is in the car with one rear door glass having a crack. The worst of the car, like many of these, is the floors and rockers. Someone back in the day has fiberglassed the front floors. The floors in the very rear of the car are awesome and solid, as is the spare tire well, which is usually gone. I tried to take good pics of the back area to show their condition. The interior is worn and will need to be redone. i have all the interior window trim. Door panels are present but bad, but do have the stainless u need for the new ones. The body over all is very nice, except the rockers i talked about. Minor rust in the fenders and passenger doors. The quarters are very solid. The chrome on the car is driver quality and i believe all there. I have all the stainless for the exterior also. The tires are bias ply and in super condition and the rims are Appliance wire spoke with new lugnuts. The exhaust is ok but prolly old and aged. The dash is in really good condition and even still has the original radio. Overall the car is in really decent shape and worth the effort of putting her back together if someone is looking for a project. There is alot to start with here, more than many i have seen. Maybe ill send it down to Gas Monkey. lol. Im not one for long drawn out auctions, seems ya get more watchers than bidders, so i put a low starting price and a crazy low Buy it Now.
