Vehicle Detail
From the Sullivan collection we offer you a very rare '64 TR6C. Only 192 were built, making this a must have Triumph. Restored by Bobby Sullivan and Ryan Bissett with no expense spared. When we got this bike it was in OK condition. So we decided to take it down to the sludge tube and start over. This is a matching numbers Triumph frame, engine, and cases. It has all new bearings, seals and gaskets, etc. Everything was inspected and replaced as needed. Bored at 20+. New Stator, Primary chain and clutch plates installed. It has a Boyer ignition with 6 volt coils also new. NOS Ampmeter and Lucas wire harness were used. Frame and all black parts are powder coated. Oil tank and side cover are sprayed in gloss black by the Shadley Bros. Tank and fenders were done by Garry Chitwood using paint from Hutchinson Cycles. We went with the factory option painted fenders; they can also be stainless. All hardware is correct and has been re-cad plated. All chrome has also been re-plated. It has correct Dunlop rims and an Avon Speedmaster on the front rim. NOS 6 volt Lucas horn was used behind ignition cover. All electrical is working and the bike has been timed. Due to the rarity of this Triumph we did not start it. If the winning bidder wants us to add oil to the tank and put gas in it we can service it for you and start it although it should be added to a collection or museum and kept in mint condition to retain its value. Please feel free to ask any questions.
