PennDOT and notary fees for title, registration, and temp tags vary depending upon your particular circumstances. All PA sales are subject to PA State inspection fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the State that the vehicle will ultimately be registered.
