Selling my 1969 Ford Ranger F250 Camper Special. This is a very good and reliable strong truck. This truck does not burn an ounce of oil, never has and the motor runs strong, it has a manual choke and starts every time. The engine is a 390. I have been working to restore it for the last five years. It has been in my garage while restoring the truck. I originally bought this truck from someone who had it stored for years in a storage facility, Believe it or not when you are driving this truck it drives smooth, like it was new. The body needed some work which I completed all of it myself. It is primed and just needs a little bit more wet sanding and then it will be ready for paint. I am selling this truck because I have lost interest in doing the little bit of finishing that needs to be done to the truck, as I am busy working on other projects and I feel someone else should get to enjoy her. The original trim that was on the truck was no good, so I removed it and all holes have been welded. No major body rust that I can see or know of, she's solid, the bed of the truck has a ford mat in the back only because it goes with the truck, under the mat in the bed of the truck there is nothing major there, have not done any thing to it, just looks like a normal bed for the year of the truck some paint missing or scratched, few minor dings or scratches as the original owner did lawn care from what we know. All glass is good. Mechanically all that needs to be finished on the truck is that the freeze plugs need replaced, needs a new exhuast gasket put on (which I have), new exhaust pipe and the front seal on the transmission has a pin hole leak. None of that has ever hindered the driving of this truck. It has brand new tires with maybe 650 miles on them from Les Schwab, new master cylinder, new power boost, new steering column (steering assembly), new tire rod bushings that were put on professionally. This truck comes with extra parts which are: a starter, alternator, fuel pump, and carburetor (all for 390 motor), belts, new u-joints, spare door panels, 67 grill that is in great shape, two sets of mirrors, chrome air filter cover, exhaust gaskets, new door and window seals, all hardware that came off of the truck (emblems), whole set of chrome lug nuts, new carpet for inside of cab, floor mats & the Ford rubber bed liner. I have receipts. Once the very minor things that need finished on this truck as listed above, and you paint her you will have something awesome when done. Thanks for looking.
