Action Auto Wholesale is proud to offer this 1- Owner 1955 Ford Sunliner Convertible. This vehicle was part of a large Ford collection once owned by the Late Great Stoney B. Wheeler of Cleveland Ohio. Stoney bought it New in 1955( see old pictures), We purchased it from his Estate when Stoney went to Drag Race Heaven. It has been in storage for years without being moved and we haven't touched it. We relocated this vehicle to our warehouse and have not attempted to start it. The custom features that were added to this Ford when it was new include; a Louvered Hood, Side Pipes, Turnpike Cruiser Skirts and Continental Kit. The interior is in very good condition, the original top is torn. The body is solid but far from perfect. We have no idea if its the original motor,and the transmission seems to be a 3 speed or 4 speed added to the vehicle, not factory. Figure on a complete restoration or get it running and drive it as is.
