Just pulled this very rare jaguar 420 out of a barn where it had been since 1993 when it was last on the road.  With an external gas source we got it to fire and run.  While it needs a full restoration this is a very solid, we'll optioned and complete example of this rare and desirable jaguar. This model was the precursor to the XJ6 with similar styling but with a more classic jaguar feel as it was based on the classic MK II.  With only 2 years of production this is the rarest of the 60's jaguar sports sedans.  There is very little rust on the car as it has been under cover for many years in a dry climate.  There also doesn't appear to be any accident damage or modifications.  This would be a very straightforward restoration for the right enthusiast.  Not pictured is the rear bumper which is off due to the rubber mounts coming apart.
