I will describe this car to the best of my ability,any questions please email or call 973-476-5173. You are looking at a nice 1957 chevy 150 2dr wagon. She was restored in 2007 and received the following things: new paint job with freshly chromed front and rear bumpers, new quarter trim,new grille, new chrome reverse wheels with wide white bias-ply tires, new front windshield.This car is always garaged and never saw rain since its resto,as you can see in the pictures it is a very nice looking car. The interior is absolutly beautiful with new nomad front and rear seat covers, new nomad front and rear door panels. The new headliner is nice and tight with no sagging. New old school three spoke steering wheel, new heater door cables. The rear seat folds down and there is a ton of room to put beach chairs and your cooler for your local cruise night or drive her down the shore. The gas and temp gauges work fine.Car has new speedo head. The radio looks to be original and is inop, you could rebuild that radio or upgrade to a newer style radio. The power plant in this 57 is a rebuilt period correct 283 with power pack heads that feature 1.94 valves and topped off with a GM iron intake and a rochester carb. The engine is dressed in chrome and runs well.Stock manifolds with new duel exhaust. Rebuilt turbo 350 transmission with a chrome trans pan. The car has a few upgrades including power steering and a alternator that makes her very drivable. This 57 retains its stock four wheel manual drum brakes and its stock non-posi rear end. E-brake works and has a new front cable. New engine wiring harness and new front headlight harness also.The windshield wipers are inop. The underneath is solid for being a 57 year old car. All floor braces are solid. There was a repair done to the left rear floor pan (see pic). The rest of the floors are solid along with the frame. Brake lines and fuel lines look to be fine.
