This auction is for my 2005 BMW F650CS motorcycle. The bike runs great, needs nothing but a rider. Has new battery. The seat has been newly reupholstered with genuine leather. The color of the bike is what BMW calls titanium grey. Equipped with ABS brakes and hand grip warmers. This is last year production for F650CS bikes, when BMW equipped famous Rotax single cylinder engine with dual spark ignition. Unlike earlier model year F650 bikes, which have single spark plug and are often plagued with ignition problems, this bike does not have any ignition issues thanks to dual spark design. The bike is barely broken in; they go over 100K miles without hiccup, given they are taken proper care. This is great commuting and city bike, lightweight, low center of gravity (the gas tank is under seat) and very forgiving. The engine deliveres tons of low end torque, which makes commuting type riding very enjoyable. The final drive is through toothed belt. Unlike chain and sprocket, it is virtually maintenance free. 5-speed gearbox works fine and gears shift through precisely. I am getting 60 mpg in mixed city/highway ride. As a matter of fact, this is excellent light touring bike - I routinely commute from Jersey shore to center city Philly, comfortably cruising at 75-80 mph. The was down on the left side, it has rush on left fairing and handle bar. The engine cover was cracked and repaired with liquid metal epoxy. Nothing is bent, misaligned or leaking.
