Your looking at a '72 Xl 250 that I picked up off a friend of mine about a year ago that was in over his head. My buddy bought it a few years ago to putter around on and rode it for some time. Ended up deciding on doing a full service on it and stripped the spark plug threads out. He then ended up taking it apart to fix it and realized it was more work then he had the skills for. I bought it last year with intentions of fixing it up and running it around the trails but I lost interest in trying to get it going and need the room. I have all the parts to put it back together including gaskets. The head either needs to be helicoiled or drilled and tapped for a larger plug. For the most part its a decent bike just needs a little work. I don't have the original registration but I will right a bill of sale. Feel free to ask any questions Thanks.
