Vehicle Detail
I have up for auction a 1968 Chevy Camaro. This car has already undergone lots of restoration, but still has a way to go. The body and the frame look GREAT. It comes equipped with new quarters, new floors, a new trunk pan, a new fuel cell mounted underneath, new springs, new front shocks have been installed and new rear shocks come in box with the car, and all new bushings. It has been slightly mini-tubbed and the work was done right. It has a ford 9in posi rear-end. I have all the glass for the car (windshield, back glass, door glass, side glass). The driver door is new, however, the passenger door is in need of a little work or possibly a new shell. NO seats or interior is included with the car, with the exception of the heat control panel, the ash tray, and the gages. The front fenders are rough and may need to be replaced, as well as the inner fenders and radiator support. According to the vin tag this particular car was produced the first week of June, 1968 (06A) and was assembled in Norwood, Ohio. It originally came as a 8 cylinder, 2 door, Sport-Coupe with standard black interior and black bucket seats. The exterior was a British Green. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. You can reach me on my cell phone at (606) 634-3234 or my home phone at (606) 855-4761. I am also reserving the right to end this auction at any point in time. As I forgot to mention earlier the car does have clutch pedals in it, for that reason I am assuming that the car was originally a standard. But, there is no way to know for sure. I was partly mistaken when I said it had all new bushings. The bushings are new from the firewall back, however, the front clip needs bushings.
