Restored 1967 Mustang Fastback "A" Code. This car is being re-listed because the previous buyer made an offer that I accepted and never showed up to even see the car. Please do not make an offer unless you are a serious buyer that intends to follow through with the purchase. This is a beautiful classic vehicle especially since 2014 is Mustang's 50th Anniversary !!!!!! All aspects of car have been restored within last 10 years. Car is Painted Deep Amethyst Pearl and has a mirror-like shine. Depending on the lighting the car looks Black, Dark Blue or Dark Purple and gets a great deal of compliments at all cruises or car shows. Car also has white painted stripes. Interior: The interior is restored in the original black standard pattern along with new carpet, headliner etc. It shows very well with minor wear from cruising and showing at local events. Drivetrain: This '67 Fastback is powered by the ever popular 289CID which is dressed up nicely and a C4 automatic transmission. Both were rebuilt approx. 6 years ago and have minimal miles logged since the rebuild. Brand New Holley carb. was installed approximately 1 month ago as well. The rear end was changed to a trac-Loc with a 3.89 ratio and has a 2500 stall converter. The car was fitted with Granada front disc brakes and 18 X 8 Chrome Wheels. The car has an aftermarket stereo system and a highly detailed trunk. Other items upgraded include new gas tank and sending unit, new hood and door hinges, Shelby style traction bars and sub-frame connectors, new leaf springs and front coil springs.
