If you have been looking for a 1965 Mustang,then this is the one you have been waiting for as you will see in my pictures.I have just completed an extensive dismantle and done new or rebuild of every mechanical item on the car.The engine is a fresh rebuild on a 1965 A-code 289 with an extensive list of new parts including autolite 4 barrel 4100 carb rebuilt to show quality.Fresh automatic green dot C-4 transmission rebuild with new torque converter and all new seals.The rearend was dismantled, sandblasted and painted with POR 15 with all new bearings,seals and new brakes installed.Both front spindles also received same rebuild procedure with all new brakes,bearings,new dual reservoir master cylinder, and steering components.POR 15 products used throughout the car.This car came from Georgia (where it spent its whole life by one owner) never had any rust and all metal is original both top and bottom.The car has no rust,filler or collision repairs anywhere.The underside was stripped and red oxide epoxy primer applied exactly like original California mustangs were built.It has a new power convertible top and boot. All wheels and 5 BF Goodrich radial tires are new.The interior condition and exterior paint are in excellent condition( very minor scratches) in original color of springtime yellow.The mileage is believed to be original 90K miles on odometer,but sold as mileage exempt.
