1975 Triumph Trident T160. The T160 was the last of the tridents with only 7211 built. It is even more rare with the large fuel tank, 5 speed transmission and working electric start. I purchased it from the original owner and it had been sitting for several years. My local BMW-Triumph shop worked on it and they went through the motor and bored it .20 over with new pistons, rings, valves etc.. At that time they went through and rebuilt the carbs and replaced the petcocks & fuel lines. The tank is starting to show a small amount of surface rust inside. They also installed the Tri Spark digital ignition. The bike currently has a Mikuni carb kit and a 3 into one exhaust installed but the stock Amals and exhaust are included if desired. It also comes with the four Lucas turn signals which are not currently on the bike. (one of them the post is damaged.) The bike is cosmetically all original and in great shape for being nearly 40 years old but there are some small scratches and flaws around the motorcycle. The tank is starting to get a small amount of surface rust inside from sitting. Clean Title and numbers matching. On Feb-09-14 at 14:44:05 PST, seller added the following information: As mentioned in the original description when I purchased the bike it had been sitting for many years. I purchased it in April of 2012, this is also when the work was done on it. I have most parts that came out of the motor if you would like them I will include them with the bike. It has mainly been stored since with stabil in the gas fogging oil in the cylinders and a battery tender on it. I went out yesterday and uncovered it and fired it up. I have done a lot of the big ticket items to get it back to a ride able motorcycle.
