For Sale: This EXTREMELY RARE unrestored original 1972 Buick Skylark Sun Coupe GM produced for the yr of 1972 only, 3,943 of these loaded buick skylark "Sun Coupes". They were based on a stock skylark 350 and GS 350, and sent from the GM factory to American Sunroof Company to have a very custom mechanically opening Sunroof installed. There are less than 700 still registered in the United States! This car was purchased in 2007 from the original owners estate in Fresno California, the same city in which it was originally sold. It sits in all its original badging, and the stock "Cascade Blue Poly" paint, code 24, and white leather interior, code 135. Its has power steering and power brakes, Air Conditioning, and came stock with am/fm radio and cassete deck, which has been removed without any cutting of dash, and has a CD player in the slot that is not mounted in any way. The car runs and drives and stops, but could use restoration. The interior and exterior are excellent. It comes with a case pf original documentation dating to 1978 comes with the car, documenting original mileage currently at 97,243. You WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER ONE FOR SALE.
