Drivers side power seat raises, lowers, and tilts back. FORWARD AND BACKWARD SCREW IS STRIPPED. SEAT WILL NOT MOVE BACK AND FORTH AND MUST BE FIXED. Shouldn't be too hard to find parts in a salvage yard. Rear hatch does not quite hold at top position. See picture.
