For sale is a 1997 Lincoln Mark Viii base model. It has a 4.6L V8, RWD. Oil was changed every 2000 miles with ford synthetic blend oil. Coils and plugs were replaced at 100K. The airbag suspension on the car works. The front passenger side airbag suspension was replaced less than a year ago. The car has Michelin Hydroedge tires on it. They are 80,000 mile tires that were put on at about 100K. The car runs and drives fine, but has not been used much in the last 6 months so the idle is rough to begin, but is gone when driving. The car does have some body issues. There is a dent from a shopping cart behind the passenger side door. There are a few dings on the passenger door as well. The drivers side door has a ding on it as well. The moonroof is no longer functional, however it is closed and has not been rained in. There is an issue with the radio at times (it will give static). The drivers side door lock only works with the key, and the passenger side door handle is broken and needs to be replaced. The latch for the hood inside the car is broken (wire snapped), that is why the hood is left open in the pictures. It does open and stay closed (you must pull the wire from the bottom side of the grill). There is some surface rust under the doors (rust inhibitor has been applied to it several times to prevent) The xenon headlights do work without any issues! Good first car, or just looking for a car to get you around. It is still a head turner with few out there. Please ask questions!
