Dear crowtree99,Lets put it this way, you dont state anywhere in your auction that it IS, or ISNT an SS. But the car states itself that it is an SS. Someone buys the car because YOUR auction DOESNT STATE its NOT an SS, then they get you through Ebay for fraud. This exact same thing happened to a friend of mine. He not only got his money back, but MORE!! So, you just stick with your story, and you will find out the hard way. Heck, I may even take the time to have a friend buy this on his account, then go after you for fraud!! Ive been a lawyer for the past 20 years and have worked criminal and civil law. So you stick with that story, and we will see what happens. Someone who is above board would simply state in their auction that it is NOT an SS so there would be no confusion.
