Vehicle Detail
1953 GMC Hydramatic, has late model 5.7 throtle body fuel injection and turbo 350 trans. S10 front subframe with power brakes and disc in front. 3.42 gears in rear. Just installed classic instruments guages in the correct pods with domed glass( all guages work correctly). All glass was replaced 3 years ago, along with seat. Paint is black, 7 years old and showing its age but still shines up nicely, few chips and scraps in normal wear places( gas spilled from cap leaving a spot). Has electric single speed wipers and working heater. List of items replaced when the truck was re-built 3 years ago; radiator, electric fan, new auto wire front to back wiring harness, 16x7 smoothie wheels and tires, Shocks front and rear, Interier paint and added the engine and fuel injection. Has steel bed floor from 83 chevy so it can take heavy items. Gets good gas milage and runs smooth / i just got it aligned. Starts on original push button starter first time everytime. This truck is one you can drive everyday rain or shine and enjoy the looks you get. These Hydramatic GMCs are rare from 53 (first year) because of the plant burning to the ground that year. Needs inner finders in the bed for looks but it doesnt affect the driving. Has seat belts they are just tucked down in seat. It is registered with original plates in texas and it has a clear title. Sold as is, please ask questions or come inspect in person befor bidding. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time if it sales localy first. I require full payment by 3 days of aution ending befor the truck changes hands. You are responcible for the shipping or driving it away to its new home. Thanks and have a great day!
