Up for bid is this 1977 Chevrolet C10 Custom Deluxe Shortbox Stepside 1/2 ton pickup. Hard to find an original stepside with this fancy trim level. Christmas is coming and this should please your special truck person. This Chevrolet has a high percentage of it's original paint which make a vintage vehicle both more satisfying and usable. They can be restored several time's but they are only original once. Equipped with a 350 Chevy V-8, Turbo 350 automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, tachometer dash with full gauges, tilt steering wheel and a positraction rear differential. Deep throaty dual exhaust system, non leaking header's, aluminium intake and 4 barrel carborator. The transmission has a nice quick solid shift, engine runs cool & carries very good oil pressure. All of the gauges operate including the tachometer. It's a Chevy so it mark's it's territory (minor oil leak's). This is a dry western pickup from Idaho's high desert area which mean's you can take it apart with a hand wrench and a screwdriver, so put the torch's away. Carpet is deep pile original stuff that could stand replacement, the dash has a small crack starting through the center speaker, the original cloth on the seat is deteriorated and has a western style seat cover. It's been lowered just a touch, start's, run's, drives, stops, & steers Great! Windshield is cracked, chrome is good (no pit's) and shinny, oak bed is original and still solid, ding'd here and there with some red oxide primer cuz it's a 36 year old pickup. Has a GREAT PATINA that all the car guy's and gal's love. A high fives kinda truck. You could restore it, but then it lose's it's personality. If you need a 36 year old "new quality" used pickup, this one's not for you.
