ENJOY LIFE! Drive a classic VW Beetle! Up for NO RESERVE AUCTION is this really nice 1970 Volkswagen Beetle. Standard beetle, not a Super, so there’s no front-end shimmy. If you have ever owned or driven one of these cool little cars you know how much fun they are. Just running errands around town is fun, all the thumbs up and smiles you get are really neat. This car received a complete restoration about ten years ago, including all new pans and interior. It has been well taken care of since, but it does show its age a little. The paint is a beautiful creamy white with gold fenders. The gold has faded a bit but still looks good all shined up. One whoopsy-daisy on the right rear fender where a baseball hit it, but other than that the body is nice and straight. The polished Minilite wheels really make this car stand out in a crowd! The motor was rebuilt three years ago and has just received a full tune-up; doesn’t use or leak oil. Runs and drives very well, cruises at freeway speeds just fine. Also has a great sound system. Clear California title, smog exempt. This would make a perfect daily driver, or stash it away for the weekend. What else can you buy in this price range with the history and reliability of a Beetle??
