Loaded, power everything. The power handicap scooter lift is almost brand new, only used a few times, just installed earlier this year. Although Lift is included, scooter is not included. This was my grandfathers vehicle and he took very good care of it. The van runs very good and my grandfather always had the oil changed when it came anywhere close to 3,000 miles.
