The 700R hydromatic transmission came from a Firebird and was rebuilt and the solenoid replaced with hydraulic lockup, prior to instillation in the vehicle. The engine was rebuilt and a 3/4 race cam and 4 bbl carburetor added at that time, along with electronic distributor ignition. It's easy to work on with a domestic engine, drive train, power steering pump and AC compressor. The air conditioning is R134A converted and blows cold. The enigine doesn't consume oil and the transmission is tight. I have taken great care of this vehicle, but need to sell it for more garage space for other projects. Even with the best deals, there is no way to build up such a car for the reserve price I’m asking. I will include factory service/repair manuals and the instructions and literature from the engine exchange kit. The tires look good with lots of tread, but are several years old and I wouldn't recommend highway speeds or long drives. There are no guarantees or warranties on this vehicle. It is sold as is with a clear title. I will be happy to answer any questions. Not really sure of the value after the engine swap.
