Please read full description, this should answer all your questions.......For those of you who are watching this auction, I just added a few other pictures. I had to delete a few of them to add these other 6 pictures of the exhaust, rear end, and a couple of the interior. people have asked about the seats since the seat covers are on them. We only have them on there to protect the seats, we would remove them when we would show the car. I am only allowed 24 pictures so I had to remove 6 to add 6. I also have a pile of paperwork on this car, please look at the pictures close. You will see the bank check for 14,000 I paid for this car. I also took pictures of the mountain of paperwork I got with this car. I am very limited on pictures so I took a overview picture and another one of a great example of how much this car has been drove in the past 5 years. One receipt shows the Muncie transmission was rebuilt, new drive shaft and new control arms. This was done in 2008 with the milage being 06062 and now reads 08938. That is less than 3,000 miles in 5 years and I have only a couple hundred of them in the past 4 years. This along with the pictures and the large amount of receipts should show you that this car was not hacked together. I cannot do anymore to represent this car. From the pictures and the receipts and the mileage since this car was done, this car has been well cared for and you couldn't come close to building a car like this for 10k I hope these new pictures and additional information helps in showing the history of this car and that I paid 14k for it 4 years ago and only put 200 miles on it since. Thanks for looking and please feel free to call me with questions. 303-513-1767 I have got several offers for 9,000 I will not go less than my asking price so please do not ask. I am already taking a loss at 10k I just couldn't replace it for that price if I tried. If you are looking for a solid great running car with low miles on it, this is it.. Thanks for your interest.. Mike...----------------------------------------------------------1970 El Camino, 4-Speed Muncie, HP 350 4-Bolt Main. Camel Hump 202 Heads. 10:1 compression new 3 inch exhaust with flow masters. Power steering, power disc brakes and straight as a laser!!! This is a great car and a real head turner. I have owned this car for the past 4 years and may have put 200 miles on the car since. We have only taken the car out to several local car shows and a couple sunday drives. I purchased the car for $14,000 locally 4 years ago and it hasn't changed at all from the day I purchased it. It is a beautiful car. We are trying to put our daughter through school so we are selling the El Camino to help with the funds. Please feel free to contact me with any questions..303-513-1767 Mike.. I do not know the milage on the car as the car is 43 years old. I do know the paper work reflects that there are not many miles at all on the motor and and transmission. This car runs and drives as good as new if not better... Our starting price is our buy it now price. 4 years ago we paid 14,000 and today we are only asking 10,000 just for a quick sale. I could not go out and replace this car for that price. She is a real beauty and the pictures do not lie.. You will not find a nicer El Camino for the money anywhere!!! There is another green 1970 ElCamino listed that has been bid up to near 12,000, this one here is just as nice as that one in every way except for the price. This car also has a matching SS wheel in the bed along with a bunch of extra parts, no junk!! The interior is equally as nice. No hidden surprises here!!!!! We really hate to see it go, but there are bigger priorities at hand. The car also has Elelbrock upper control arms on the rear axle that are adjustable for desired pinion angle. They are similar to a large tie rod and how they would adjust but much larger. It has the original 12 bolt rear end, new drive shaft, rebuilt motor and 4 speed Muncie Transmission. Runs strong and sounds great. It is a smoke free car and always garaged. I have been a long time eBay member and have only had one negative feedback from some Jerk who complained about some coins that didn't fit the description. He wasn't smart enough to figure out that I had sent him a couple extra free coins as I always use to do and said they weren't part of what he bought even though he did get what he purchased and more.. To this day I still get a laugh at how intelligent this man was.. Other than that I hope my feedback holds some weight.. I only did a 3 day listing because I would figure if it will sell it should sell within a couple days. If not, no big deal. I will just list local or keep the car and entertain other avenues for the school fees. Thanks for looking...
