The paint (which is 100% factory original), chrome bumpers (virtually showroom new original condition , zero rust or pitting), chrome trim around the wheel wells, stainless trim and rubber trim are all in very good to excellent condition. The brakes work beautifully with no issues at all. This T-Bird rides on original set of white wall tires mounted on the original factory turbine wheels which are like brand new The exterior is incredible! The original maroon color still shines like new! It honestly looks like it just came out of the showroom. The floors, frame and trunk areas as well as under the hood and trunk are all solid and rust free with no signs or rot anywhere. Same for all the door jams and under the doors (see pictures). NO RUST!! The trunk compartment is in perfect condition with its original plush carpeted areas intact and ZERO RUST. All the glass is virtually perfect. This car was garaged its whole life. All the doors open and close effortlessly, just as new and all the door jams look new as well. NO RUST anywhere here. But that’s just the beginning! The stunning interior is absolutely breathtaking and 100% original! Nothing has been modified or “cut up” in any way. It looks exactly as it did back in 1979 and looks new. I was told even though the tires look (New) they have some flat spots. It checked out (perfect)I have the receipt to show no work was needed
