Welcome to my listing!....The car was manufactured September 1975. It was a California car until an elderly gentleman bought it and shipped it to Washington State. He only used it on days it didn't rain, and because of his age, hardly used the car at all. I bought the car a year ago for fun. I drove it back 1500 uneventful miles to LA. Since then! I have spent about $7000 on new parts to make the car as I wanted it, and have driven the car on a daily basis since I put it back on the road...I will do my best to remember what I replaced! Water hoses. Water pump, Alternator, Electronic ignition, Fuel pump, Rebuilt all the seals and throttle valves on carbs, Brake Master cylinder, Clutch master and slave cylinders, Calipers, Rotors, Rear brake cylinders, Shocks, and tele- conversion on rear, Renovated road wheels and installed Dunlop 208 section tires,(1200 miles), Interior was replaced with new Tan from Moss Motors, Seats were stripped to frame and new Diaphragms and seat backs, New foam and covers. All interior and fire walls were covered in Dyna-mat sound insulation. Correct underlay was installed beneath carpets. Kenwood stereo with Bluetooth, USB and I-Pod connections. Four 140 Watt-6.5 inch speakers, Center consul had vinyl removed and under cast Aluminum polished , Original Teak dashboard was refinished in semi-gloss. Steering Wheel was replaced. Convertible top is a new Robbins roof with all new seals and straps, All doors seals replaced. I am sure there is more hope it will give you the confidence to buy this wonderful car....I am moving, so I need a larger, more practical car. I will miss the car as I get compliments ever day by total strangers. I have looked at frame, and it looks like it was replaced at some time, it is very clean and absolutely rust free. Please remember this is an old car, and the fun of ownership is tinkering with it.
