This is a beautiful, very rare 1956 Chrysler New Yorker St. Regis 2dr ht in excellent condition inside and out. This car was recently acquired out of a gentleman's large car collection. In 1956, Chrysler christened this model year "PowerStyle" and it was one of the design works of Virgil Exner. It is a very nice driver that has an older restoration of a nice original car. It is a true 354ci Hemi car, which makes this beauty very desirable. It is very rare with a low production. The car is totally rust free and solid as a rock. This beauty has been pampered all its life and it shows! It has 65K believed to be original miles and is very clean. These 1950's Chrysler Hemi cars are very desirable and very rare to find in this type of condition. It was also a very low production car as they only built 6,686 of them. This is the car to have if you want to feel like an instant celebrity. It's the ultimate cruiser and it gets more attention and appreciation than any exotic or new luxury car could ever get. This Beautiful 1956 Chrysler New Yorker has been very well taken care of. Like I say it is in driver quality condition but still looks great and shows very well. It is finished in two tone black and blue which looks great on the car. The paint job is a few years old but shows very great and makes for an excellent driver. She has always been well maintained and it shows. All the chrome and trim on the car is all original and again is fine for a driver. This car was kept inside and treated, as a true Collector Car should be! The car is completely rust free and solid as a rock. It is super straight down the sides. It is sitting on its original wheels and caps with white wall tires. It has a nice interior that was redone a few years ago, but looks very nice. Everything works in the car except the clock. All the chrome and trim on the dash is all there with some slight pitting. Inside the trunk is very clean. Mechanically, the engine and transmission run great! This New Yorker drives with no issues at all! The original, numbers matching 354ci Hemi engine that provides great power to move this little diamond around. The engine compartment is all stock and clean. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. Fire her up and she's ready to cruise.
