This is a very nice 318ti with the BMW M package, also called the MTECH and designed after the Club Sport. Part of thje option group included the "larger" 16" M style wheels, M front and rear bumper, larger M style side rocker moldings and a black headliner and I thinks a slightly more aggresive suspension. Exterior is very clean, car has been gargae kept its entire life, head lamps are not "sun burned" or faded and the white paint looks very nice and fresh. There are a few minor scuffs on the roof, not sure if maybe the garge door caught it or something from the road blew up. I tried to photograph it and its so slight you cant really see it. Tires are Dunlap 8080's with about 90% tread remaning. All service has been performed at the dealer and was done on an anual basis. There is a small scuff on the front driver side lower bumper. The engine runs great, no leaks, trans shifts smooth and AC is very cold. Interiror is very clean, non smoker, has a power sunroof, factory premium stereo ( has the tweeter on the door as well as mids) 6 disk CD changer and in dash cassatte deck. Seats are leather on the bolsters and the grey cloth in the center, the seats show very little wear for the age of the car. The vehicle also has the factory alarm with remote lock/unlock. The headliner is starting to sag in the rear cornor books and service history are included.
