1974 Dodge Challenger Very solid 1974 Challenger that was restored about 10 years ago. The car was not driven very many miles, but the AZ sun has faded the paint. The car is reliable and can be driven as is, but needs restored if you want a show quality car. This car was originally B5 Blue with a 318 ci. It now has a rebuilt 1972 400 that runs great. The car has power steering and power disk brakes and new tires. I have sold several cars on eBay. You will notice I have perfect feedback. I have described this car to the best of my knowledge and will answer any questions you have. I have provided detailed pics. The car is being sold as is. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Body/ Paint/Trim Very solid car with driver’s side full quarter replaced with factory original quarter panel. Part of the inner fender was replaced as well (see pic). The bondo is cracked on the quarter panel to roof seam (see pic). There is a small dent on the passenger side quarter panel (see pic). Body lines and panels are straight, but paint is faded. Dent on passenger side rear quarter panel, Drivers door above body line has a bubble and also a bubble driver’s side quarter panel. Bumpers need rechromed. Antenna is broken. The bottom grille in poor condition. Driver’s side taillight lens has cracks. No jack or spare tire. Missing hood scoop inserts. Hood release cable broken, mirror clip missing on driver’s side door panel. Trim rings missing. Mechanical This car runs and drives excellent. It goes down the road straight and stops straight as expected. The 1972 400 was rebuilt and has about 5,000 miles, has minor oil leak. The 904 transmission shifts and works perfectly but has a minor leak (shifter seal). 8 ¾ rear end with 14” Rallye wheels and four new tires (215 70 14). The car has power disk brakes and power steering. Everything on the car works; heater, radio (pioneer with CD player) gauges etc.The car also runs nice and cool even in the 100 + AZ heat. It has desert cool four core radiator. Needs headlight switch, dash lights, running lights work off rear defrost switch. Interior The interior has newer Legendary seat covers. Needs a dash pad, headliner, carpet, and new weather stripping.
