Vehicle Detail
Frame and body have been completely restored. All rust removed and new front lower, floor pan, rocker panels and longitudinals replaced. I purchased the Porsche 14 Years ago and it has been kept in a climate controlled garage ever since. All this 912 needs is to be put back together. It has the original engine and 5 speed transmission. The last time I ran the engine was 4 years ago. It was removed along with the interior to remove the rusted areas. It ran great and is also garage kept. Seats have been reupholstered and not used since. My reason for selling is that I have had 3 operations to relieve lower back pain in the last 18 months and cannot bend over any more. The only parts needed to finish is the Headliner, front Windshield, ( I dropped it )and carpeting. Everything else is included On Jul-29-13 at 15:05:26 PDT, seller added the following information: Sorry Everyone. I forgot to add images of the engine. The Vin # is 452512 and the Engiine # 745541. This Vehicle is a rolling chassis with parts included to reassemble. The picture in White is what it looked like when I purchased the Porsche, The original color is Black It is in primer. The vehicle also has a Momo Steering wheel that is from the early 80's Thanks. Feel Free to Call me at 865-805-8911 Thanks On Jul-31-13 at 07:43:04 PDT, seller added the following information: After answering some questions about the body and chassis repairs, I thought I would post some answer what has been asked. All of the body and frame panels came from pelican or Porsche. After the repairs the interior and exterior under body was sprayed with POR-15This work cost me over $8000.00. But it is a fine example of a real craftsmen.
