If you have been looking for the right Jeep this is the one you've been waiting for!    Please take the time to read all about this truck, and feel free to contact me with any questions or reasonable offers.   We reserve the right to end this auction early for the right buyer.   We offer both discounted door to door shipping and local pickup from zipcode 44134.  I can be reached anytime at (216) 526-0569 call or text!   Bid to win!   Thank you for viewing our auction!  Here is a very clean 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 Special with low actual milage of only ~114,000!   The Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 was a special edition ZJ for the final year of 1998... it featured countless upgrades over a typical fully loaded Grand Cherokee as outlined below.   This vehicle is stock with no performance upgrades other than a filter, high flow cat, and striaght piped muffler (with factory exhaust tip of course)  to help the car breathe better.. this thing flys! The 5.9 Special was the fastest SUV Jeep made until the SRT8 and has the handling and stopping power to back it up.  A new camshaft added 15hp and the torque curve was widened to provide more responsive performance.  Paired with a reduction in backpressure, the 5.9 Special provided an additional 25hp.  The 5.9's transmission was also stronger to handle the power and torque.. 245hp 345tq for a 15.20 sec quarter mile time.   The exterior of the car was equally stunning with raised hood louvers, raised grille, body color moldings, chrome emblems, low profile roof-rack, unique molded rocker panels, special 5.9 wheels, and only the best color combinations.  The interior got softer premium leather on the seats and door cards, leather console cover, leather brake and transfercase handle, folding center armrest in rear, birdseye maple color trim throughout and around shifter panel, leather wrapped spare, alcantara headliner, and a cargo cover.   The exterior of this car is in very nice condition with only minor imperfections for the year (stone chips on bumper etc).    See pics... very clean car.  You would not believe the attention this car gets at car meets, let alone a quick trip to the gas station.   The exterior has been freshly detailed and is in great overall condition!   The Stone White paint is deep and glossy.    All moldings, emblems, and trim pieces are in-tact and in nice shape.  All glass is original.  All lights are original and work as they should.   The door jambs and rockers are clean.  The hatch and rear glass struts are both newer.  All proper 5.9 emblems and badges are present.   The interior on this car in absolutely beautiful condition.   The softer special edition leather is in perfect condition with no tears or flaws.   They used the special leather on the door cards as well.  All carpets in the passenger compartment and rear hatch area are very clean and the vehicle as a whole is free from odors.   The door panels and dash are in very good shape... headliner, sunroof shade, visors, etc all perfect with no burns or sagging.   The leather-wrapped wheel is in good shape and the buttons etc do not show any wear.  The interior gets a lot of compliments on this one. This car runs just like it should!  It always starts right up and the 5.9l v8 has a nice deep sound that roars under acceleration with the exhaust setup.   This car runs and drives great including at highway speeds... I've had it up to 85 with no wobble.  The engine runs strong and picks up to speed very well and transmission shifts smooth without issue.   The suspension and underbody are in great shape, and the brakes and matching Goodyear tires are at 50% or better.   The previous owner had the headgasket and water pump done at some point, and everything else was maintained as needed.. The AC is the only thing that is inop and the ABS light has been on... everything else works including the digital climate control, heated seats, heated mirrors, all power seat functions, all gauges and onboard computer functions, all lights including dash and shifter, wipers front and rear, pop-up glass, moonroof, windows, locks, cruise control, Infinity sound, etc. This car includes ALL original owners manuals, original key, spare with tool kit, and a Jeep tote bag! We may ask for your phone number and other information to help complete this transaction.                                                                                   Vehicle                      Titles: This car comes with a clear title (no salvage, flood, fire, etc) unless noted otherwise.  All titles and paperwork will be completed as per State of Ohio law. The State of Ohio allows dealers 30 days to provide title, however, most of ours are delivered the day payment clears.                                                              Deposit:                       We require a deposit of $500 within 24 hours of auction end.  Contact us if you need any special arrangements and we will do our best to help.                                                                                   Final Payment: This vehicle must be paid for and the sale completed                      within 5 days from the end of this auction unless you make other arrangements with us.
