This car has been in my family for over 20 years. It was my brother-in-laws car. We spent countless hours all through the 90's cruising and wrenching on this car but after he had a stroke, it sat in his garage for years until his death in 2007 at which time the car was given to me. He had started to re-finish the interior (painting it black) but was not able to finish it. I was going to restore the car but after looking at the condition of the frame (rusted badly) I decided it was not worth it. I am now selling the car as a parts car and there are some great parts here! The body panels are not perfect but are salvageable. The chrome bumpers look very good! The engine always ran flawlessly. We put a 4-barrel intake and Quadrajet on it but still have the original 2-barrel setup. The car has a custom dual exhaust with H-pipe. Never any problems with the 2-speed Powerglide transmission. This car had no options at all which made it easy to work on, no AC, manual steering and manual brakes, etc. There is a console and shifter from a mid-sixties SS (interior was going to be converted from bench seat to buckets). There is some rust but overall the body is not bad (see photos). This car was running perfectly in 2007! I simply do not have the time or money to do anything with it, and since the frame is rusted, I don't think it is worth restoring. This car is being sold as is, where is!
