This is a great bike!!! I bought her in 2008 and have had zero disappointments with her. The CD player and speakers are awesome. Two position heated grips and two position separately adjustable heated driver and passenger saddles with plug-in ports for heated suits, etc... work in concert with an electric windscreen that can be adjusted while driving to sheet rain and cold over both driver and passenger. I never thought I'd use the cruise control feature but it works so smoothly I find myself using it even on slower rides (especially through police "target" zones). Power jack stand lifts bike effortlessly with both driver and passenger on board allowing easy passenger dismount. Reversing lever allows use of starter button to back up the bike in parking places, etc..... electronics automatically increase engine rpm so charging circuits keep up with current draw used by starter motor (which actually powers the reverse motion). Rear trunk holds two full coverage helmets (not included) with tons of additional room in the side bags; all lockable with the same key. So what's the story -- why am I selling her? My wife and I currently own six other bikes in addition to this Beemer. I bought this bike in 2008 to go riding with my wife (and took all of the passenger pegs off my crotch rockets) but about three years ago I convinced her to get her own liscense. My wife now prefers day trips on our cruisers so the BMW just sits in the garage. It's way too nice a bike to just sit there so I'm selling her to keep the rest of our toys while paying for my daughter's education (read "no trades" at this time). This bike is currently garaged in Bridgewater,NJ 08807 and is available for inspection, etc... If you pre-arrange with me and are the winning bidder I would be willing to pick you up at Newark airport (40 minute drive) and take you to the bike or deliver the bike to the airport (assuming we can arrange a mutually agreeable schedule). I am a responsible, trustworthy mid-50's degreed engineer who has bought and sold may high value items on ebay with 100% perfect feedback.
