I bought this dune buggy a few years ago,and haven't fixed it, so somebody needs to do the honors. It had a locked up engine in it. I did put another engine in it from a 69 vw that I drove from Fla. The engine ran good. The previous owner told me that It was recently overhauled, and how much it had cost him to get it rebuilt. I just bolted the engine in the dune buggy and that's as far as I have got. It has a crack it the windshield, but I have another windshield to go with it. The body is in great condition. If you like the color it just needs water sanded and clear coated. The floors are in good shape.I just cleaned them and sprayed them with bed liner. The seats need to be replaced as you can see. The steering feels tight. and it has tires on it from the sixties. It is a very good rebuild project. And I have too many of them to do. So here;s your chance to build your own very popular dune buggy. The mileage isn't correct.
